Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Modern Nest Shop. We want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All rates are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: $3.99 — FREE on orders over $75. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
- Priority Shipping: $7.00. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: $13.00. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking your order
Tracking links are sent by email as soon as the carrier scans your package. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.
Duties and taxes
We only ship within the United States, so your order is never subject to import duties. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived 30 days after shipment, email us at estebannegron2012@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
